location was good, room needed attention
frayed towels noisy pigeons
the room felt neglected the bathroom lacked a sink plug and the bath plug leaked. i noticed frayed towels. the pigeons outside made sleep difficult. breakfast included toast and cereal yet pastries were absent

musty smell street noise
The breakfast was a joke!!! just toast and cereal. i was expecting something, ANYTHING, cooked! also, the room smelled musty. I opened the window hoping it would help but the noise from the street kept me awake all night. seriously, it was impossible to ignore the loud music and rowdy people.

central location, but some issues
mold problem dirty spoon
the location was definitely a plus, being central to everything.. it made exploring the area quite convenient.
the bathroom had a significant mold problem. i also found a dirty spoon among the tea and coffee making facilities. getting an extra towel proved impossible, as my request was ignored.

solid stay near the city walls

The owner drove me to the train station. That was a nice touch. breakfasts featured coffee and tea, along with yogurt and various toasts. fresh fruit was also available during breakfast. the hotel is right next to the wall. I found an entrance very close. i had a good meal at bentleys, just down the street.

Fantastic Stay Right by the Walls!
prime location friendly host reasonable rate
The location was unbeatable. I was right by the walls. Kieran, the host, was friendly and helpful! The room rate was very reasonable, especially considering the prime location (a total win!).
The lounge area access was unavailable, as it was locked, and Kieran wasn't around until breakfast.

Kieran was a fabulous host. He looked after us at breakfast and even provided a ride to the train station when we were running late. His attentiveness.

The room featured a comfortable, clean space. Top-brand toiletries were available. The decor was lovely. The comfortable bed made it easy to relax after a busy day.

A simple breakfast including cereals, toast, tea, coffee, juices, and fruit was provided. The self check-in worked without a hitch (so convenient!). The location is central making it easy to get around.
